I looked up the Grace company. It sells Caribbean based food products.
The Pumpkin sounds yum, so does the Chicken, but as for the last one...eh...I dunno. Is it like 'how long do I have to leave this in to make stock?' *sigh*
(And yes, I know full well it is, or I assume it is, rooster, but what is the difference between chicken and rooster if a female chicken is a hen? I thought 'chicken' was kind of a catch-all?
I guess it is a base for Cock-a-Leekie soup, perhaps?
Those poor Scottish men, I hope their wives allow them to soak BEFORE heating and adding leeks, but eh, Scots are made of sturdy stuff, they are hard nuts to crack *snicker* :)
