what is happiness?
is it something one must work to achieve?
is it just being content with a current situation?
or,
is it an inner peace that we are all born with
but lose somewhere along the way?
is it love?
can a person live without it?
I guess one can survive
but is that living?
why must life be so complicated!
or,
again,
do we work at making it complicated.
when you are "in love"
should you feel happiness?
not always
sometimes it is painful.
how do you know if it is worth it?
too many questions
and the only answers, truths, are in oneself I guess
I am still searching
and always will,
nothing is written in stone
nor should it be,
remain always open,
closing ones heart and mind
is death of the soul
without resurrection,
and without thought
there is no understanding,
and without hurt
we cannot appreciate joy.
