Except for those other drivers.
I’ve sometimes wondered if I was a stunt driver in a past life.
Since, I like driving so much.
For instance, taking circles (dunno if other states have those, they are sort of like roundabouts) at an increased speed; doing precision parking :) and avoiding obstacles like trees, poles (both the tall one’s that have streetlights on them, the ones that tell what street you are on, and those of the slavic variety, too); other vehicles; living things, such as birds who feel the need to walk across the street when they can fly (duh, birds!?!); squirrels (some are smart and use tree branches and wires to cross, the not too intelligent ones end up a form of gruesome street graffiti); and other sentient things.
And the non-sentient, too, like people who are paying more attention to their cell phone than becoming dead by walking out in front of a moving vehicle.
Anyway, what this is about is the current situation of weather induced (I assume) potholes.
More like minefields.
Some are sooooo deep they could actually be considered craters, and when filled with water, ponds that one does not
know the depth of. Yep.
It is a challenge to avoid them, and I’m ok with that, just not in two way traffic on a major thoroughfare.
I’ve been told there is a large increase in broken axles of late.
So, that’s it. Just complaining, but here’s a song by Marvin Pontiac to listen to, so it is not a complete waste.
Sort of like 'are we there yet' over and over again :)
HERE is Marvin Pontiac's website, if you wish to complain.
