False flattery frequently fails.....
(Baaaa and humbug? I wouldn't know, sadly it is being performed in the UK, where I am not, but how could I resist, it's just oozing with puns. Don't judge!)
There is just so much to know and learn of, could a human, even if immortal, ever know all?
How can anyone ever be bored? If they are, they are bored with themselves. Or something.<(that's my catchphrase :)
Actually, I bore myself quite often *yawn* Like now, for instance.
'Many a true word hath been spoken in jest.'
'Speak what we feel, not what we ought to say.'
'This is the excellent foppery of the world, that, when we are sick in fortune,--often the surfeit of our own behavior,--we make guilty of our disasters the sun, the moon, and the stars: as if we were villains by necessity; fools by heavenly compulsion; knaves, thieves, and treachers, by spherical predominance; drunkards, liars, and adulterers, by an enforced obedience of planetary influence; and all that we are evil in, by a divine thrusting on: an admirable evasion of whoremaster man, to lay his goatish disposition to the charge of a star.'
Yep, blame it all on the stars.....
This has all been much ado about nothing!
