Firstly, it is my personal belief immunization is a good thing.
Heck, many indigenous tribes were decimated by the 'white man’s' diseases, for which they had no immunity.
But it’s a sticky situation.
Should governments require by law all citizens must be immunized?
Would that go against human rights?
Do children actually have rights, or is it up to their parents to decide?
It raises similar questions concerning abortions, though an abortion will not largely affect the general population. Simply one less consumer.
Aliens (the not of this planet type) had better be immunized if they want to take over or colonize. H.G. Wells knew.....
Anyways, this is a major problem with earthly aliens entering countries.
Actually, you know it’s all those damn persistent viruses/bacteria that just won’t up and die already. Pfft, we try driving them to extinction yet they constantly mutate and adapt, many faster than we can create cures for.
They've been both our enemy, and friend (e.g. probiotics, fermentation, etc.), since the dawn of time.
Hopefully someday science can tweak our genes so we are immune to everything.
Including one another.
So we can all coexist.
Human controversy. Ugh. Always squabbling about something.
Yes, I'm done now.
